It’s been a busy week in 5th class! It was Space W It’s been a busy week in 5th class! It was Space Week this week and they have been working on some amazing outer space art and a project to go with it. They also were lucky enough to attend a Space Week event today at Mallow Library where they had a zoom call with Blackrock observatory 🪐 🔭 🌏 They have also been working on procedural writing recently. Yesterday, they got to follow the procedures they wrote to make Halloween cupcakes 🧁 🎃 Well done on all the hard work boys!

Over the past few weeks a World Cup soccer tournam Over the past few weeks a World Cup soccer tournament with 4th -6th class boys was played. They went through the group stages and this week we held the final between Ireland vs Spain. Over 100 students came out to watch this exciting game. Spain came out on top to win the ‘Tony Gunning perpectual shield Trophy’.🏆⚽️

More soccer success over the weekend for Mallow To More soccer success over the weekend for Mallow Town U-12 teams with St.Pat’s very well represented as not one but two league trophies were won! Matthew and John’s team won the CSL Premier Division while the rest of the boys were on the CSL Division 6 team who also emerged as league winners yesterday. A super achievement boys,well done!
